Rave Run - Sarasota

This photo was sent to us by Diane Lyons, Founder of ShamRockersUSA. A couple of her kids are shown here running the John Ringling Bridge in Sarasota. They run this course every Saturday as part of their training. Diane works with kids locally in Sarasota and through the internet also teaches teens from all over the county to run Half Marathons. By the way, Diane is searching for Candidates to open ShamRockers clubs all over Florida and the US. If someone feels they also want to give back to their community, fight childhood obesity and "get kids off the couch and on the streets" they should contact Diane direct.
